Krueger Property – Rt. 31 – Asphalt Shingle Recycling Facility

A public hearing was held on December 12th by the Planning and Zoning Commission and they recommended approval of the petitions and plans.  On January 12th, the Village Board voted to have staff negotiate an annexation agreement with the applicant.  

Residences of Lake in the Hills Senior Housing

Construction continues to move along at the Residences of Lake in the Hills Senior Housing project. The developer/contractor received final inspection approval for the work on the west wing at the end of December and opened a sales office and a few of the units in the wing for public viewing in early January.  Work is continuing on the rest of the building and they are looking to start to move residents into the facility by March of this year.
