The
Lake in the Hills Dog Park was developed with dogs and owners in mind;
shade, drinking water, onsite parking and a large area for dogs to run and
socialize.
The
Dog Park provides year-round opportunities for dogs (and owners) to
socialize as well as exercise. Both are important to the animal’s
health and temperament. A dog park promotes responsible pet ownership as
well as allows dogs to legally run off-leash.
McHenry County Pet Owners

ALWAYS carry equipment sufficient to clean up your dog’s waste. Dog
waste is not only offensive, it can spread disease and parasites to other
dogs and humans. Do not allow your dog to defecate on any public property,
unless you immediately remove and properly dispose of the waste.
Dog
