Projects Under Construction

Indian Trail Drainage

The Village of Lake in the Hills will be replacing the storm sewer pipe that runs underneath Indian Trail Road at Meadow Lane on May 10, 2013.  In order to replace the pipe, Indian Trail Road will be closed from Meadow Lane to Woodland Road from 7am to 5pm so the crew can perform the work.  If you have any questions regarding the storm sewer pipe replacement, please contact the Public Works Department at 847-960-7500.

Prescribed Burn

The remaining area of the Sierra Court prescribed burn has been delayed until fall due to the wet weather conditions.  The wet weather along with the warm temperatures has started to turn the grasses and plants green which is not suitable for burning.
