Park History

Horner ParkRALPH HORNER was a Village Trustee from 1983 until his death in 1988 and was instrumental in the reconstruction of Dam 2. He was very active in many local organizations, including being a charter member of the Lake in the Hills Lions Club and its President from 1987-88.
