Specialized training/certification in the following: Breath-Alcohol Testing; Interviewing & Interrogations; Youth Officer; Emergency Vehicle Operations Course; Canine Handler; Firearms Instructor; Firearms Training Simulator Instructor; O.C. Instructor; and Expandable Baton Instructor.

Sergeant Decker has been a sworn Police Officer with the Department since 1993.
