Basic Academy - Illinois State Police Training Academy

Specialized training/certification in the following: Breath-Alcohol testing; Interviewing & Interrogations; Advanced Interviewing & Interrogations; Youth Officer; Basic Investigations; Survival Spanish for Police Officers; and Emergency Vehicle Operations Course. Sergeant Mogan is a certified as an Advanced Crime Prevention Specialist.

Sergeant Mogan has been a sworn Police Officer with the Department since 1993.
