Enforcement Campaigns

The Lake in the Hills Police Department conducts saturation patrol campaigns 5 times throughout the year. The focus on the campaigns is increased enforcement of violations of occupant restraint, impaired driving and speed restriction violations.

The saturation patrols are conducted on the following dates:

• October 21^st – November 3^rd

• November 12^th – November 25^th

• December 17^th – January 1^st

• March 2^nd – March 16^th

• March 31^st – April 13^th

• May 19^th – June 2^nd

• June 23^rd – July 6^th

• August 25^th – September 6^th

The Enforcement Campaigns are funded by federal traffic safety funds through IDOT’s Division of Traffic Safety and is part of the You Drink & Drive. You Lose program.
