2008 MFT General Maintenance Program |
This Annual program continues the maintenance of existing
Village streets. The project will consist of grinding existing
asphalt surface and then placement of new asphalt, select
concrete curb and drive aprons along the following roadways:
Upper Blackhawk Dr, Patton Ave, Decatur Ave, Lee St, W. Oak St,
Pershing Ave, Grant Ave, Clark Ave, Anderson Dr, Blackberry Ct,
Spring Lake Ct, White Pine Ct, White Pine Circle, Astor Ct,
Elderberry Ct, Mayberry Ct, Wisteria Ct and Spring Lake Dr. |

2008 Water Main Improvements Program |
This annual program continues the maintenance and replacement of
existing undersized and/or failing main. The project will
consist of placing 8" watermain along the following roadways:
Hilltop Dr, Clayton Marsh, Washington St, Monroe St, Adams St,
Jefferson St, Elm St and Spruce St. |

The contract was awarded to Apollo Trenchless. The
pre-construction meeting was held June 4. Letters were mailed
to residents in the area of the project last week. The
contractor will be starting work in July. |

Cheswick Park |
Installation of a new park at the corner of Albrecht Rd and
Gladstone. This park will consist of new playground equipment,
pavillion, benches and tables, walking path and various
plantings throughout the park. |

is on-site and has started work. All concrete work is
complete. The asphalt path is installed and the trees have been
planted. The contractor is waiting on the delivery of the
