The Village listened to resident concerns and is implementing an improved water bill payment procedure, transitioning from a lockbox to in-house payment processing.  Effective Sunday, June 21, all water payments sent by mail will come directly to Village Hall to expedite payment processing.

The Chicago P.O. Box address will no longer accept water bill payments after July 31, 2026. For your reference, the new water bill payment address is Lake in the Hills Water Bill, 600 Harvest Gate, Lake in the Hills, IL 60156.  

Additionally, the Village offers a free auto debit service that automatically debits a resident's water bill on the due date. To sign up, please return a completed Water Bill Auto Debit Enrollment Form.
