Example Nixle

Once you are registered, you can text STOP to 888777 to stop receiving alerts and messages at any time.

Do you travel? Have to commute for work? Visit another town for shopping? Want to know what is going on in another area? After you confirm, you can reply with up to five (5) other zip codes that you might want to receive alerts. This means that if you do not live in LITH, you can still add us to your Nixle alerts if you live close by, commute through the Village, or shop in the area. What affects us still may affect you if you are in the area.

Customize Your Messages

Visit the Nixle website to customize your messaging options. You can select if you want to receive only urgent emergency alerts, or if you would like advisories and community messages about events as well. You can also search for and add other agencies too.
